Lirida NAVINER
Dr. Lirida Naviner is a Full Professor at Télécom Paris, and serves as the Team Leader of the Secure and Safe Hardware (SSH) group .
Prior to joining Télécom Paris in 1998, she spent three years at the Universidade Federal da Paraíba in Brazil, as a Postdoctoral Fellow and Teaching-Research Associate in the Departments of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, where she conducted independent research, taught courses, and supervised student projects and theses.
She holds a position of Scientific Coordinator for the Information, Communication, and Electronics (ICE) field and is a Member of the Executive Board of the Doctoral School at the Institut Polytechnique de Paris. Her research focuses on developing safe, reliable, and efficient digital systems, with current projects on AI-driven electronic design and hardware architectures tailored for AI algorithms.
Teaching and mentoring are central to her academic activities. She is actively involved in supervising students through courses, research projects, and doctoral theses in digital systems, embedded computing, and research-oriented training.
She has been honored as an Officer of the French Order of Academic Palms for her scientific and academic contributions. She has also been a Senior Member of IEEE since 2007.
