Scientific Coordinator (ICE)

In accordance with the regulations of the Doctoral School of Institut Polytechnique de Paris, as a scientific coordinator of the Information, Communications, and Electronics (ICE) scientific domain within the Doctoral School of Institut Polytechnique de Paris, I contribute to the implementation of the scientific and educational policy governing doctoral training in this field.

In this capacity, I am involved in the recruitment and support of doctoral candidates, ensuring the academic quality of applications, the relevance of doctoral research projects, and appropriate supervision and funding conditions. I may organize candidate interviews, evaluate applications, and contribute to admission decisions in close collaboration with the Doctoral School leadership and research teams.

I also play a central role in monitoring doctoral progress. I contribute to the review of individual monitoring committee reports, the evaluation of research progress, and the validation of annual re-enrollments, ensuring the proper scientific and professional development of each doctoral candidate. I am involved in key stages of the doctoral process, including extension requests, specific situations, and the preparation of the thesis defense.

In collaboration with the Doctoral School leadership and the other domain heads, I participate in the Executive Board, which oversees doctoral training activities, candidate selection, training programs, and the overall quality of the doctoral program.

I also contribute to the scientific development and visibility of the ICE domain, and coordinate with laboratories, supervisors, and academic bodies to ensure a rigorous, supportive, and stimulating research environment for doctoral candidates.
